SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT MARKETER

The Lean Out Method is looking for an experienced Social Media and Content Marketer who has excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and is the ultimate self-starter. If you can be described as reliable and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, this position may be a great fit for you.

This is not an entry level position. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a track record of successful results to be considered. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess strong creative writing skills, create meaningful and engaging social communities rich in conversation and interaction, and understand multiple communication channels.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Social Media Growth: Produce highly engaging social media content to grow ideal target audience and increase engagement (primarily Instagram and Facebook) that ultimately lead to strategy calls, active engagement daily

  • Social Media Brand Management: Keeping our brand and voice consistent across our platforms; design social media graphics consistent with brand messaging and aesthetic; we are looking for someone with ideas, strategy, and management skills to make sure everything gets done

  • Email Management: Managing email automations in ActiveCampaign, sending twice-weekly email campaigns, consistently optimizing our account and set up for better results

  • Analytics & Reporting: Studying our numbers monthly and coming up with strategies to improve our performance, generating reports weekly

  • Community / Engagement Management: Engaging with comments, helping solve customer service related issues and making sure that our customers are well taken care of or directed to the person that can help them

  • Copywriting: Creating captivating copy on all platforms, a blend of repurposing and original content leveraging brand assets

  • Paid Advertising: While not required for this role, the ideal candidate will also have experience with Facebook Ads and Google Adwords so they can leverage a combination of paid and organic strategies for the best results

Metrics/Success Measured By:

  • List-building and community building metrics met by week and by month
  • # of qualified leads/opt-ins
  • # of consult calls booked each week
  • Community growth and active engagement across social media accounts

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to quickly adopt our brand voice and understand our point of view and target market
  • Thrives in a fast-paced small team environment with an exceptional ability to manage time & prioritize projects to get done what’s most important first
  • Must be very organized, self-motivated, and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must, with exceptional copywriting skills
  • Must be tech, marketing, and social media savvy
  • Graphic design ability including Adobe suite or Canva
  • Takes initiative and always finds something to do to optimize results without waiting to be told what to do

Must be able to commit to a consistent 10-20 hours a week; there may be the opportunity to transition into a full time role over time; should be available at least 5 days a week for social media engagement.

This role will work directly with the Founder as well as with a talented group of freelancers to help plan, develop and implement the company's overall social media strategy in order to support and improve online presence and bring in new clients.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT & TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

The Lean Out Method is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant and Technical Specialist who has excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and is the ultimate self-starter.  Our ideal candidate will be highly organized and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude and exceptional attention to detail.  

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Founder and CEO as well as managing technical aspects of the business. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

Virtual Assistance and Customer Support:

  • Manage Founder’s email, schedule, travel, and appointments
  • Manage customer service, responding to emails and handling communications
  • Manage CRM and data entry
  • Organize leads and follow ups
  • Manage new client onboarding
  • Manage acceptance of members into Facebook groups and programs
  • Manage Facebook groups and create / post content for paid programs
  • Manage client payments and follow up on failed payments
  • Conduct online research
  • Other administrative support as needed

Email Management & Digital Marketing:

  • Implement marketing campaigns, measure performance, and recommend improvements and optimization
  • Optimize website and online presence, ensuring consistent brand message
  • Stay on top of digital marketing, communication and engagement trends and regularly bring recommendations forward
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our email list
  • Creation and management of weekly email marketing - newsletters, program delivery, sales sequences, welcome and nurture sequences, etc.
  • Email marketing automation set up, maintenance, and optimization
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
  • Measure results and optimize for increased open rates, click through rates, etc.
  • Troubleshoot problems and work with service providers to identify and implement solutions quickly
  • Assist in the build and design of landing pages and setup and testing/tweaking of all funnel steps
  • Track and analyze the ongoing testing of all marketing efforts
  • Contribute to build out of company playbook and SOPs

Social Media & Content Marketing:

  • Produce highly engaging social media content to grow ideal target audience and increase engagement (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Design social media graphics consistent with brand messaging and aesthetic
  • Copywriting on all platforms - email marketing, social media, web and blog
  • Repurpose content into blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Accept new members into Facebook Groups
  • Facebook group community management
  • Promote Podcast across all channels
  • Identify and implement strategies for podcast growth
  • Develop and send podcast assets to guests
  • Vet podcast guests and manage communications

Technical and Analytical:

  • Design pages and programs within our Kajabi website for optimal conversion and consistent brand aesthetic
  • Own the technical aspects of marketing campaigns and launches including webinars and virtual events
  • Manage and optimize integrations such as Kajabi → ActiveCampaign
  • Gather and report metrics and develop data-driven recommendations

  • Positive client experience as measured by net promoter score
  • Emails and communications responded to within 24 hours
  • New members accepted into programs and groups within 24 hours

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 20 hours/week availability for the Lean Out Method including some evening and weekend activities
  • Must have experience with email, calendar management, and research
  • Thrives in a fast-paced small team environment with an exceptional ability to manage time & prioritize projects to get done what’s most important first
  • Execute all projects in a growth-driven and data-driven manner
  • Works great in a team, with the ability to also work independently; takes direction well balanced with coming up with their own self-driven plan on a day to day basis
  • Must be very organized, self-motivated, and solution oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
  • Strong in time management and project management
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
