We implement a system of sustainability by facilitating ongoing strategic planning sessions for a full year, while training your team on how to lead these sessions in the future:

*Your core team will self-lead weekly and daily planning sessions. We facilitate the 1st month of weekly planning sessions and the first week of daily checkpoints to train the team.

Every other week, you will get a private 50-minute strategy call with Crista to deep dive into your biggest business opportunities or challenges and to ensure scaling success, with support in between via Voxer
Bi-Weekly Strategy & Operations Lead Mentorship Sessions
Every other week, we will work closely with your Strategy & Ops Lead (SOL) to provide coaching, accountability, and mentorship
Tier 2 includes everything in Tier 1 PLUS:
Project Management Tool and System Build Out
We set up and implement, or uplevel your existing, project management system in Monday.com (or Asana or ClickUp by request) FOR you.
Includes tool configuration following the lean strategic planning system, SOPs for tool usage, training for your team, and 1 month of support.
6-week initiative: 3-week build out, scheduled to complete within 1 month of the 1st Intensive, followed by 3-weeks of support.
Tier 3 includes everything in Tiers 1 & 2 PLUS:
Company Playbook, Systems, and SOPs Build Out
We build out your ready-to-use company playbook and core systems including process flows and SOPs FOR you, all integrated into your project management system.
We'll facilitate a series of workshops with your team to extract the initial systems and will then handle all the heavy lifting plus training for your team.
4-6 month initiative, starts after PM System completes.
We implement each of them with you so you have everything your business needs for simple sustainable scaling.
