We kick things off with a 30-minute strategy call to align on outcomes and focus areas for our time together so we are able to go into the 1st strategy day ready for incredible clarity and results.
2 Half-Day VIP Immersives
We then meet for 2 Half Day Immersives (4 Hours each), 1- 2 weeks apart.
Session 1 is focused on clarity - diving deep into your biggest business opportunity or challenge right now and understanding the best path forward for YOU.
Session 2 is focused on aligned action - building out your strategic plan and roadmap for success.

We end the engagement with a 50-minute private strategy session to keep the positive momentum going, review results, discuss questions, and strategize and pivot as needed.
