The VIP Strategy Day with Crista is a combined strategy + execution session where we dive deep into your biggest business opportunity right now.  The specific agenda and focus areas are defined together during a pre-session strategy call.

Most sessions include: 

• Getting clear on your long-term vision and short-term goals and priorities to achieve that vision
• Building your ecosystem for success and scale including the next level systems and team that will allow for things to not be fully dependent on you, giving you greater autonomy

In addition to strategy, we roll up our sleeves and build out your assets and plans that you can leverage to take aligned action, which could include building your operating model and strategic hiring plan, defining your next level business model and offer suite, or developing your strategic plans for your next big bold business move.

Your VIP Strategy Day Includes:

1. A private 20-minute pre-session strategy call to align on the specific agenda, outcomes, and focus areas to make the most of the day
   
   
2. A full day of my undivided attention focused on you and your business (8 elapsed hours with a 1 hour break mid-day and 2 shorter breaks)
   
   
3. A recording of your VIP Strategy Day, available for download within 24 hours
   
   
4. A 30-minute checkpoint 1 week later to answer any questions and keep things moving forward

SELECTING YOUR DATE:

If we have not already discussed a date, one will be finalized upon booking. Most sessions occur on Thursdays or Fridays but other days can be available upon request and VIP Days can typically be accommodated within 2-3 weeks.

CONTINUED STRATEGY & SUPPORT:

Should you choose to work with Crista for a 90-day engagement after your VIP Day, your investment in the VIP Day will be applied as long as it is booked within 10 days of the VIP Day.
